Use tools such as IndiaMART’s internal database, LinkedIn, social media, and other digital sources to gather leads. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., company size, product category, location). 2. Cold Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients (buyers or suppliers). Explain IndiaMART’s offerings and the value proposition to attract interest. Set up appointments or demos for the sales team. 3. Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information. Track daily activities, calls, and follow-ups. Ensure data hygiene for better conversion tracking. 4. Client Interaction: Answer queries from potential customers via phone, email, or chat. Build initial rapport and create interest in IndiaMART services. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to hand off qualified leads. Provide feedback from potential customers to help improve product offerings or marketing strategies. 6.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and leads generated. Achieve KPIs such as lead conversion rate and quality score.
